Welcome to my website! I'm a scientist with a background in wet lab work, where I synthesized biologically active compounds and developed novel synthetic routes using metal and enzymes as catalysts. However, my interests have expanded beyond the lab, and I've become passionate about science policy.

I'm currently exploring ways to make the research ecosystem more efficient and responsible, and to ensure that scientific research responds to local problems. Open Science is my primary research interest, and I'm committed to promoting transparency and collaboration in the scientific community.

In addition to my research, I've been involved in drafting several important STI policy documents in India, including the 5th STI policy draft, the Scientific Research Infrastructure Sharing Maintenance and Networks (SRIMAN) guidelines, and the Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) guidelines of the Department of Science & Technology (DST).
